Refunds

Ticket purchases will only be refunded if the event is cancelled, either by ourselves, the venue (and no alternative can be arranged), or the artist. Non attendance at the event is not grounds for a refund. Sorry.

Exchanges

We will consider exchanging purchased tickets for an event if the situation that prevents attendance is unavoidable (eg: hospitalisation).
